At JMD Communication, we strive to provide quality products and services. Our refund policy is as follows:
1. Recharges & Bill Payments
Refunds are only applicable for unopened and unused products returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid bill.
Opened or used products, screen guards, earphones, and chargers are non-refundable due to hygiene and usage reasons.
2. Recharges & Bill Payments
Once a recharge or bill payment is processed successfully, no refund or reversal is possible.
In case of a transaction failure where the amount is deducted but the service is not delivered, we will assist in raising a claim with the service provider.
3. Repair Services
Service charges paid for diagnostics or completed repairs are non-refundable.
If a replacement part is faulty, we will provide a free replacement as per warranty terms (if applicable).
